Lombok with Ohana🏄♂️ 🏄♀️
Our first Ohana Surf Trip to Lombok was pure magic. Ten of us came together from different places, and within hours it felt like one big family. The weather was perfect most days, and when a little rain came (or a 24-hour downpour), we didn’t hide — we danced in it. Between meeting locals, chasing sunsets and waterfalls, and sharing life stories late into the night, the island gave us everything we could have wished for.
The surf was a highlight for everyone. Most of the group had never touched a board before, but by the end of the week we were all catching our first waves and cheering each other on. We started at a beginner-friendly spot and later took a boat out to a dreamy white sand beach with mellow, rolling waves. Add two snorkeling trips into turquoise water, and it really felt like paradise.
Of course, no trip is complete without some fun off the waves. From beach bonfires and spontaneous parties, to endless rounds of Bintang beers, the laughter didn’t stop. What made it unforgettable wasn’t just Lombok’s beauty, but the people who came — a group of strangers who left as friends. And the best part? This is only the beginning.
